Siding and pending inspections

Things continue to move along.  Not sure if I've mentioned this before, but we do have a deadline.  The place we are renting while construction occurs has been sold by the owner, and the new owner would like us out by October 1.   Right now that seems like it's in the realm of possibility.

The siding crew has completed most of the backside, and is working on the east and west sides.  They also built the front entry landing.

On the inside, the plumbers are done and are getting that inspection done today, the HVAC guys wrapped up the gas line move, and the boiler exhaust, both will be inspected today along with the rough ducting that I did.

The city is going to come out for the framing inspection today too.  There may be some holes in the I Joists from the plumbing crew that need to be corrected, and maybe a nail plate or two here and there.  Will be good to at least know where we stand so we can start working on corrections.

Electrical inspection will be Monday.

Here are some pics from yesterday.

Siding complete on the back side.  The roofing material we were short on showed up yesterday too.  It's stacked on lower right.
Pony wall for the kitchen island, coiled 12-2 wire is for the island GFCI receptacles
exhaust and intake duct for the tankless boiler
Back of house from the other side.
